Camping trip

Melissa and I went camping this weekend with some of our mushing friends. We went up Diamond Fork canyon and camped out from friday through sunday. It was hot! Got a little sunburn here and there, but also got to use my dutch ovens quite a bit. Made bisquits saturday morning...hotdogs saturday for lunch, pulled chicken and cheesy potatoes for dinner. Sunday morning I made an up-side-down pineapple cake...it was good!
