Cool Kim, that's pretty sweet, are you headed off to AGU next week? Maybe I'll see you out there. Also, do you want any dogs still? I know two different folks looking to send dogs off in pairs if you're still thinking about it. That'll be awesome once you get up here though. We just rented a new house down off Cripple Creek a ways. We'll have to show you in January sometime. catch you later --Bob
Great to hear from you! Yeah, it is a sweet truck...took it for a spin on I-15 today...went from 70 to 95 with a tip of the toe.
I won't be at AGU this time...too many things to get ready here...graduation, packing etc...will be coming up there early January. Unfortunately, I don't think I can take any dogs. We decided to rent a house until summer and they would let us have our 7 dogs but no additions.
Wow...Cripple Creek is cool...but isn't quite a strecth from Fairbanks??
That's awesome you're coming back up but it's cool about the dogs. The people have been bugging me off and on about it but I'll just let them know. Down the road if you want more dogs I can probably point you in the right direction or you could talk with my friend Jill
Yeah it's actually surprisingly close, about 20 minutes from campus and that beats the pants of north pole or wherever. Plus it's got a sauna, green house and all kinds of other perks. We're hoping to bike to work once spring rolls around.
Yeah, I am excited about going back. We are planning on living in the Two Rivers area...so a little drive from Fairbanks.
I must think of the wrong Cripple Creek...even though, the name sounds very familiar...think I have been there before. Where exactly is it? Obviously not the one near Minto :)
It's out the parks on the huge hill just past Ester. We live way down towards the end of it but there's nearby skiing access to the tanana and all kinds of cool stuff like that.
